From the Depths of the Past

This is my entry to the skribble contest!
The lineart was made on paper with a pen and vectorized with power trace (its barely visible so it wont mess up whith the scribble lines on the face)
The coloring was made in photoshop with mouse, brushes and poligonal lasso, and then heavy edited with liquify and sponge filters to make the oleum effect.
The water bubbles were make with a custom brush

After playing rotating the lines, a piranha popped up in my head, with the circular eye and the spiked teeth.
It made me remember of a dinosaur fish that my brother showed to me years ago, and googling a bit i found it's name and some body references... and this is the result XD
